I’m testing a new Catfish sandwich at MCL Castleton today until 3:00 p.m. It consists of two pieces of Southern Fried Catfish on a freshly baked Kaiser roll. Then it’s topped with your choice of my new homemade Creole mayonnaise or lemon garlic mayonnaise and finished with lettuce, tomato and onion.
